Hello.

I'm Susie. I've always loved being creative. I spent many years working primarily with graphite and colored pencils and then began to add watercolor and oil painting to my repertoire.  

 

I was self-taught for many years until going back to school to receive a degree in Fine Art.

 

I absolutely love experiencing workshops and classes from other fine artists and thoroughly enjoy the amazing people I've gotten to know along the way!

I believe it takes a lot of heart and vision to be an artist and love mentoring other aspiring artists. With this in mind, I opened Accomplished Artist Studio which is a high-quality art school located in Sandy, Utah for students of all skill levels and ages. I also designed an original and innovative new teaching style called the Accomplished Artist Method which balances art education, creative freedom, tailored pacing, artistic collaboration and one-on-one mentoring.

You can usually find me puttering around in my studio, painting or teaching, hanging out with my family & friends or traveling.​
